Alli Reviews

Alli Picture

Alli is the only FDA approved diet pill to hit the over the counter market. They say that it can give you the results you are looking for or rather, it doesn't do the job for you, but it helps you to finally make that lifestyle change that you need to in order to really lose weight. Moreover, it is safe and you can count on it, because it's approved by the FDA.

Price: $69.99

Ingredients

Orlistat-Orlistat is a fat blocker. It blocks up to a certain percentage of your daily fat intake and therefore helps your body to focus on other things. They provide you with a book including ideas to follow and the lifestyle changes you should really make. Orlistat is more of an aid, and it has been used in prescription form as Xenical at this time.

Unfortunately, Orlistat has only been studied in the prescription dose, and even then, users only lost 5-10% of their weight some of the time. Others lost no weight, and this was over the space of a year. Realistically, if dieting and exercising, you should be able to lose 5-10% of your weight in 1 or maybe 2 months if you are going at a slower pace. In addition, users generally gained the weight back after cessation of use.

Alli Side Effects

Alli side effects are not particularly deadly or anything. But they are deadly to your social life. It can cause flatulence, bloating, sudden and severe diarrhea, orange spots, and various other problems. Some say that it would keep you honest. However, many former and current Alli users would beg to disagree, especially with the recommended use of adult diapers.

Deduction

Alli has not really been particularly helpful, whether you are referring to clinical or case studies. Users have not been able to lose significant amounts of weight, partly because Alli also blocks the good fats that are actually necessary to losing weight in general. It doesn't help, and it can be quite embarrassing to say the least. Some have also found that it causes vitamin deficiencies. So FDA approval doesn't exactly mean safe, it means controlled. This could be easily seen were you to check out other prescription drugs in general. We would not recommend this product.
