Alvidar Reviews
Alvidar is a fat burner produced by Selmedica Healthcare Company.I guess you remember this producer with its other product ZetaCap that is a weight loss product.
Its advertisement even claims that ZetaCap is a "gastric bypass in a bottle."
Actually, if you are interested in the dangers and the bad side of underactive thyroid hormones, you can find a short review on the subject on the Alvidar website.
There you can read some real facts about underactive thyroid hormones in the North American population.
The review includes information about some common problems related with low-functioning thyroid gland and the symptoms due to this health problem. Unfortunately, all people who have gone through this review have found out that they have at least several of the listed symptoms.
Most of them have even started to worry that they have some kind of a disease. Does this mean that most people have a low-functioning thyroid gland? Not at all!
The problem comes from the fact that the list of low-functioning thyroid gland symptoms is too general and this becomes a reason for confusion and misunderstanding. Actually, some everyday things such as stress, anxiety, weariness, bad eating habits, obesity, sedentary lifestyle and others could be responsible for most of the listed symptoms.
The truth is that the makers of this pill have failed to present such symptoms that are characteristic of a poorly functioning thyroid. Of course, they were just trying to sell their supplements but the display of these symptoms is not always due to low-functioning thyroid gland and this causes confusion.
That is why I recommend going to see your doctor instead of relying on such a list of symptoms. You’d better consult with your doctor on the subject who is able to make some simple blood tests and to tell you the actual the real state of your T3 and T4 thyroid hormones.
In fact, some natural thyroid boosting supplements are not without side effects and as harmless as their advertisements claim. If you have decided to start the intake of any kind of thyroid booster, you’d better see your physician first. The intake of iodine rich ingredients may lead to hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism even in people who have no problems with low-functioning thyroid gland.
I guess that most of you are interested whether the Alvidar pill offers any real benefits. To be honest, I doubt. If you think that all the Alvidar web site says is true it is ok. However, they offer no evidence, no peer-reviewed clinical studies to prove that the claims they have published on their website are valid.
They offer just in-house studies that show 93% positive results. Anyway, since these are just in-house results and studies have not been carried by impartial professionalists, there is no evidence of Alvidar’s good performance.
Actually, kelp and bladderwrack are the only ingredients, which are included in the diet formula that may have any effects on thyroid function. However, since kelp and bladderwrack are iodine rich ingredients, we are convinced that they can somehow affect the thyroid hormones.
What is more important to know about these supplements is that they could be toxic because they both tend to concentrate heavy metals. That is why their regular intake is not advisable.
A short list of the rest of the Alvidar ingredients include Valerian Root, St. Johns Wort, Meadowsweet, Mate, Ginseng, Ginger Root, Garlic, Bromelain, Echinacea Purpurea , Ginkgo Leaf, Capsaicin, Gentian Root and Saw Palmetto Berry.
If you take a look at the supplement watch website, you will see that most of these supplements may have beneficial effects on your health but actually no such effects at all upon thyroid function.
As well, there is no evidence that Alvidar pills have any positive effect upon thyroid levels. I mean that Alvidar is a healthy supplement, good for your diet for sure but if you are looking for a thyroid booster, try with another one.
I am quite interested to hear from people who have used Alvidar about their impressions. Did you get any results? Were you satisfied with the results that you got? If you were not satisfied, did you try to return the product?
All of you that have had troubles with Alvidar, please share with me your impressions.
I recommend seeing your doctor in case that you have problems with low-functioning thyroid gland. Supplements such as Alvidar are not always a good choice. First, you have to make sure what your current thyroid hormone levels are before you decide to take iodine-containing supplements like Alvidar.
