If you're asleep, that's probably not really your problem.

We would not suggest buying Controlled Reduction AM/PM Formula. It just isn't worth it in so many ways, and though they make a lot of promises, they don't realistically speaking actually bother to come through. So you would be far better off finding something else that is made up of more powerful ingredients, more powerful amounts, and all around a better formula.
