Mega T Green Tea Ultra With Hoodia Reviews
Mega T Green Tea Ultra With Hoodia claims that you can take their formula and lose weight. They talk about your ability with this formula to get maximum strength results burning fat, increasing energy, and decreasing appetite among other things. They talk about it helping you to lose up to 20 pounds with its premium blend of excellent ingredients. But like any other Mega T Green Tea product, it doesn't pan out the way you would like to think it does.
Green tea -green tea could produce weight loss results were it used in the right amounts, as multiple studies have proven. But it requires at least 400mg, and they have less than that to say the least.
Hoodia gordonii -this publicized appetite suppressant is not an appetite suppressant at all. It cannot be obtained outside of South Africa, and multipl studies have proven that this formula does not promote any known benefits at all.
White tea -the baby tea leaf as it is known, its caffeine content could potentially promote some weight loss results. However, it would require the same dosage as green tea, and they just don't have that.
Caffeine -caffeine likewise requires at least 400mg, and with all the different types of caffeine, whether you have the right amounts or not, you will probably suffer side effects unless you have that high a tolerance to caffeine in general.
Black tea -one of the strongest types of teas in terms of caffeine content, this still requires the high amounts that this formula does not have.
Oolong tea - one of the strongest types of teas in terms of caffeine content, this still requires the high amounts that this formula does not have.
Eleuthero root -used in traditional Chiense medicine, it has been used in juices or smoothies. It has been known to reduce inflammation among other things, but not to promote weight loss really.
Fo ti -it has numerous known benefits. It has been used in everything from erectile dysfunction to antibacterial properties as a natural treatment. Of course, it is not FDA approved by any means. But one thing that it has not been connected to is weight loss.
Garcinia cambogia -this has been known to promote greater fat burning quite possibly in individuals who take it. However, its ability to promote weight loss is further strengthened by chromium and gymnema sylvestre, which they lack.
Guarana -when combined with damiana and yerba mate, this Brazilian herb could promote weight loss. However, by itself, it is known not to promote any benefits in general.
Bladderwrack -known for its ability to relieve constipation among other things, it is not known as a weight loss supplement.
Kelp -we suspect that they use this due to fucoxanthin found in seaweed and a certain implied connection. This being said, it's not exactly the same thing, and even with fucoxanthin, while we believe it has potential, we would definitely like to see more studies.
Gotu kola -it has been used in everything from wound healing to insomnia. However, it has not really been known for weight loss capabilities.
It is typically sold for about $29.99. This is about middle of the road in terms of weight loss supplements in general. However, for a grocery store brand, it is running into the more expensive rates.
We would not recommend wasting your time and money on this product. It will probably cause caffeine related side effects, whereas it is unlikely to actually promote weight loss results with small amounts and some ingredients that have no relation to weight loss whatsoever. There are plenty of other products that are far better for your money.
