MoyoBerry is apparently the secret of the stars and can help you to lose 28 pounds in 10 weeks flat. That’s about 2.8 pounds per week, which is on average what you could lose with diet and exercise anyway. But they claim that it has an amazing secret ingredient and will help you to burn fat, suppress carb absorption, and otherwise lose more weight than you would without it.
But what are the ingredients?
Irvingia extract-coming from the African mango, irvingia extract has been tested on body weight and blood lipids in Cameroon. So far there has only been one study to show success, but they suggest that after one month, the body fat was not significantly reduced, but the waist circumference was. This could be related more to water weight.
Gelatin -a filler/preservative that keeps gel caps in place
Magnesium -a filler/preservative
Stearalte -a filler/preservative
Rice flour -a filler/preservative
Stearic acid -a filler/preservative
The reality is that as you can see these ingredients don’t work, and if you were to try to assess even based on that one study, they don’t actually tell you how much they use. So you can be sure that even with one questionable study, they don’t actually use the appropriate amounts. There is no mention in the study of how exactly it works.
Possible side effects

Deduction of MoyoBerry
We would not recommend using MoyoBerry. It doesn’t provide what you need, and it doesn’t provide anything to really substantiate its claims at all. MoyoBerry is just another waste of time and money based on hype that isn’t actually there. But they count on you assuming that they are talking about hoodia when they are not.
