Quick Trim Burn & Cleanse Reviews
Quick Trim Burn & Cleanse is supposed to be the ultimate way to burn more fat and cleanse your body at the same time for an ultimate weight loss experience. It is only to be used for 14 days at a time, and it is sold mostly or maybe exclusively through GNC stores at this time. They claim it will work day and night and jump start your metabolism, burn calories, and cleanse or detox all night.
What are the ingredients?
Capsicum -a derivative of cayenne pepper, it could ideally produce a thermogenic effect in the body.
Cocoa extract -a powerful antioxidant, but not a weight loss ingredient
Bioperine -a proven fat burner from black pepper, it only requires 10mg, which still goes unfulfilled in some products, especially those with proprietary blends like Quick Trim Burn & Cleanse
Blueberry -a common fruit and antioxidant, but not a weight loss supplement
Blackberry - a common fruit and antioxidant, but not a weight loss supplement
Trans-reservatrol - a common fruit and antioxidant, but not a weight loss supplement, some studies have recently found that it goes throughout the body without actually being absorbed
White willow bark extract -a natural form of aspirin, reduces pain and inflammation, but not weight
Acai fruit extract - a common fruit and antioxidant, but not a weight loss supplement
Green tea -proven to burn more fat in doses of 400mg or more. But you will not see this maount in Quick Trim Burn & Cleanse or others that use proprietary blends in general.
Raspberry ketones -a proven derivative of raspberries that has been proven to promote weight loss, but only in amounts they don’t have
Banaba leaf extract -it has been used in some to suppress appetite and control blood sugar levels, however it requires high amounts and studies are questionable
Sclareolide -a plant antifungal
Acetyl-l -carnitine-does not promote weight loss
Guarana -the caffeine free stimulant, it does not promote weight loss without yerba mate and damiana all in the right amounts.
Grapefruit seed - a common fruit and antioxidant, but not a weight loss supplement
There are also a number of different diuretics, over 20 in fact. They include pau d’arco bark, pumpkin seed, myrrh gum powder, hyssop, gentian root, elecampane root, prickly ash bark, yellow dock root, false unicorn root, oat fiber, cellulose, senna leaf extract, cascara sagrada bark extract, aloe ferrox resin concentrate, rhubarb, prune powder, senna leaf, buchu leaf, cornsilk stylus, couchgrass rhizome, hydrangea root, juniper berry fruit, uva ursi leaf, horsetail extract, dandelion root.
Possible side effects
Possible side effects include insomnia, diarrhea, irregular heartbeat, dizziness, vomiting, headache, loss of appetite, raised blood pressure, increased heart rate, dehydration, feeling tired, fatigue, nausea, and mineral imbalances.
We would not recommend buying Quick Trim Burn & Cleanse. It doesn’t have the right ingredients, and it doesn’t have the right elements for success in general. Quick Trim Burn & Cleanse will only frustrate your weight loss efforts, and though you may be impressed at first, it is only water weight loss. That will quickly and easily come back.
