Totally Trim claims to provide you with amazing results in weight loss. they claim it will burn more fat, suppress appetite, boost metabolism, and enhance energy among other things so that you can gain the beautiful body of your dreams and the self confidence you need in general terms.
They claim that you can get a 14 day free trial offer. But it quickly turns into an auto ship program that many find hard to get out of. In other words, you will be charged every month for a product that you may or may not actually want. In most cases, we have found that customers don’t actually want it.
What are the ingredients?
Hoodia gordonii -known as an appetite suppressant apparently used by the South African bushmen, hoodia gordonii has been called a miracle supplement by newscasters. However, every major study conducted on hoodia gordonii has shown that it doesn’t actually work to do anything, let alone suppress appetite
Magnolia bark -this is commonly used as a relaxant and a sleep aid
Glucomannan -this appetite suppressant blows up in your stomach suppressing appetite as it goes in doses of 1000mg or more. They use a 580mg proprietary blend to account for over 10 different ingredients including glucomannan
Green tea -green tea works as a powerful antioxidant to burn more fat and help you to lose more weight in general terms. It has been shown to have multiple health benefits, but only in doses of 400mg or more, which they do not have
Theobromine -found in chocolate, theobromine helps you to deal with certain circulation and heart problems. However, this does not actually translate into weight loss.
Guarana -when combined with damiana and yerba mate, guarana can promote weight loss. However, outside of that it does not have any weight loss properties at all
Cha de bugre -cha de bugre is a hyped product claiming to promote greater benefits in terms of weight loss. However, in reality though it comes from South America, it has no proven effects at all.
Guggulsterones -guggulsterones are packed with the ability to promote greater lean muscle mass. The problem is it only works in high amounts not found in this product, and it only used in its darker form, which you are not guaranteed unless you go with the patented version known as GuggulEZ 100.
Side effects/safety
If you are sensitive to caffeine, you may experience jitteriness, overstimulation, insomnia, shortness of breath, complete loss of appetite, etc. However, otherwise, there are no known side effects with this particular product and its formula
Deduction:
Unfortunately, this product is not worth the money you would spend on it. It doesn’t promote weight loss, and it has a tiny formula that does not even begin to account for everything you would need or the few effective ingredients it does have. All in all, there is nothing that this product can really offer.
